Our team is made up of carefully selected teaching and administrative staff some of who are graduates, while all have relevant professional training suitable for their roles. In line with Montessori philosophy, the teaching staffs who are referred to as “directors and directresses” are well equipped and positioned in their critical role of observing, guiding, supervising and assessing children while they learn in the classroom environment. They are highly effective teachers, focused on improving student outcome through their commitment and continuous professional development, quality teaching, monitoring and collaboration. Our non- teaching staff are highly responsible and dedicated individuals.
Our warm reception is evident right from the gate and our professionalism is obvious in all we do. All are committed and working together to actualize the vision of the school.
